Overall Purpose:


We are recruiting for a Lift Repairs Supervisor with excellent leadership and communication skills, to support the Customer Support Manager in all aspects of regional management and business development, responsibilities include the following:

  • Process orders, including control of stage payments
  • Carry out site inspections including scope of work, details of specifications, identification of parts required and programming of all works
  • Order parts to budget and ensure delivery to timescale
  • Maintain stock control
  • Liaise with customers to ensure client satisfaction and manage customer expectations
  • Supervise and support a team of Engineers, Labourers and Sub contractors
  • Motivate team to meet regional targets
  • Monitor workload ensuring completion of jobs to timescale
  • Process timesheets
  • Record and report on job closures and costings
  • Report on monthly completion figures
  • Generate client quotations
  • Maximise and generate repair sales

Candidates must possess a relevant Engineering and/or Electrical/Mechanical qualification. Previous lift experience, management experience is preferred but not essential and must hold a full driving licence.

Transport Manager Hartlepool

Overall Purpose:


Transport Manager     


  • Manage our current fleet of 3 wagons and 3 drivers. This involves ensuring that they are used efficiently and profitably to deliver our fencing products to customers all over the UK.
  • Manage the maintenance of company vehicles and forklifts (no CPC qualification required)
  • Manage external hauliers to deliver our products on time. This involves pricing and arranging deliveries that we do not fulfil with our own transport.
  • Develop a transport strategy which will ensure we meet our customer’s requirements going forward.
  • Liaise with sales and operations to plan and organise deliveries efficiently.
  • Be an active and contributory member of the management team helping to achieve the business plan.
  • Other operational duties will form an integral part of the role, to assist the Operations Manager.

Personal Skills

  • Must be able to fit into and work with the existing team.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers are of paramount importance.
  • Keen to learn, enthusiastic with a very accurate work ethic
  • Exemplary organisational / co-ordination skills – both with tasks and people
  • Must be computer literate – Microsoft Office.


  • At least 2 years previous management experience in a similar role required.

We require a Loading Systems Project Sales Executive to cover the North of the UK from Leicester upwards. The role can be based out of any one of our Northern Offices in Leeds, Manchester or Stockton.

You should have experience in some (or all) of the following:-

  • Loading Systems (Scissor Lifts, Dock Levellers, Industrial Doors and associated equipment)

IT Systems Technician Teesside

Overall Purpose:


Due to a departmental restructure we now require an IT Systems Technician who will be responsible for IT user support, network infrastructure maintenance and support, Windows network domain administration, network performance and security, mobile device support (Android and IOS).

This role will involve the candidate working closely within a team of dedicated IT technicians and following strict operational procedures as well as procurement, configuration, deployment and monitoring of new server hardware and software, routing and switching equipment, firewalls and IP voice services.

The primary function will be to provide 1st and 2nd level IT support on a daily basis to both office based staff and field based engineers. This IT support will cover all aspects of hardware and software to ensure that the company’s daily business routine continues unabated from any IT and system problems.

Candidates must have previous experience in an IT Support role with exposure to a broad range of technologies, operating systems and environments, experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server & Desktop O/S based environments including Active Directory Management, Group Policy and general support issues.

Experience with virtualization technologies (i.e. Hyper V, VMware), SAN storage technologies and Virtual application/Thin client technologies such as Citrix Xen/Receiver would be an advantage.

  • Close cooperation with the sales force so that potential sales leads outside of your scope can be captured and managed internally.
  • To complete e-Learning and module training to enhance your knowledge of Company products. You also keep up to date with the Entrance Systems market and our Competitors.
  • Responsible to maintain the Company vehicle, its stock and tools in good working order.
  • Responsible for accurate time sheet reporting, detailing job numbers, travel time, label equipment and complete door assignments.
