Overall Purpose:


We are currently recruiting for a Service Co-ordinator specialist to the HVAC (Aircon & Refrigeration) industry. Must have previous experience working within a service department as a coordinator, scheduler, planner or Service Administrator for an engineering company.

You will be required to schedule engineers' visits to sites for both planned and reactive service and maintenance works. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a service or maintenance department & have an excellent customer service background. Whilst also living within a commutable distance of the company's offices in Teesside.

Project Engineer Teesside

Overall Purpose:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer in Teesside. You will be responsible for one or more projects and will have to ensure that they meet both the customers and internal expectations in terms of timing, cost and quality. Some of your daily tasks will include;

  • Liaising and maintaining a good relationship with customers.
  • Ensure all projects are managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Engineering Repairs Manager North London

Post Title: Engineering Repairs Manager (North London)

Salary: £30k - £35k Depending on Experience

Location: North London & Essex


Overall Purpose:


Responsible for:


Oversee day to day running of repair team in order to deliver an efficient and effective lift repair service to clients.


Main Duties:


  • Process orders, including control of stage payments.
  • Carry out site inspections including scope of work, details of specifications, identification of parts required and programming of all works.
  • Order parts to budget and ensure delivery to timescale.
  • Maintain stock control.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure client satisfaction and manage customer expectations.
  • Supervise a team of Engineers, Labourers and Subcontractors.
  • Motivate team to meet regional targets.
  • Monitor workload ensuring completion of jobs to timescale.
  • Process timesheets.
  • Record and report on job closures and costings.
  • Report on monthly completion figures.
  • Generate client quotations.
  • Maximise and generate repair sales.


Person specification:

  • Planning and Management skills and experience.
  • Good communication and Organisational skills.
  • Engineering skills and experience, ideally in Lifts.
  • Experience of working as part of a team, but able to work on own initiative as required.

QHSE Manager Nationwide

Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Manager

Field Based with National Travel


Role Summary

To develop practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, to promote safe systems of work and safe working practices across all operational activities of the business. This will include developing the health, safety and environmental competence of staff at all levels through the provision of appropriate training, encouraging ownership and engagement in safety at all levels and developing and supporting accident reduction initiatives following the analysis of accident trends. Please note this role covers our depots throughout the UK, so travel is required.


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Ongoing management and maintenance of existing ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • Review existing policies and procedures as and when required, with the aim of realising service and product quality improvements
  • To create and maintain a centralised engineers skills matrix and facilitate necessary training to ensure technical competency and compliance with expected Quality, Health & Safety standards
  • Manage a health and safety management system that meets the requirements of BS OHSAS 18001 in conjunction with operational staff and Quadriga, ensuring that health, safety and environment standards are legally compliant.
  • Delivering training and supporting documentation such that the business is compliant with Environmental Authority, Health & Safety Executive, Fire Regulations and Company standards and that training enables employees to work safely
  • Responsible for accident and incident management including investigations, effective return to work, corrective action/lessons learned.
  • Completing risk and COSHH assessments, writing method statements and overseeing facility, plant and on site safety
  • To manage internal and external health and safety audits as and when required
  • To lead development and implementation of the appropriate environmental policy and compliance KPI's
  • Monitoring KPI's and promote achievements and performance improvement across the organisation
  • Waste management including WEEE compliance

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • NEBOSH diploma
  • IOSH technical certificate
  • Experience of risk assessments and writing method statements
  • Experience in delivering training/briefings/tool box talks (manual handling and asbestos trainer certification would be ideal)
  • Proactive and practical attitude to procedures and policy
  • Customer orientated, proactive and tenacious
  • Able to prioritise tasks and workload based on business impact
  • Able to work to consistently high standards under pressure and to timelines
