Overall Purpose:


We require an Administrator to work in a busy department at our Head Office. The role will be varied and cover many aspects of administration including invoicing and updating customer systems. The candidate will also provide excellent customer service to customers by phone and email, dealing with all enquiries in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Be self-motivated and have a pro-active and driven approach to their work
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop successful relationships with departments across the business
  • Good computer skills and the ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent copywriting and oral communication expertise
  • Organisational, time-keeping skills and an eye to detail
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and work as part of a team
  • The ability to work without the need for supervision and to take ownership of any tasks given
  • Maintain good customer relations with customers
  • IT and Accounts experience an advantage
  • Excellent Numeracy Skills
  • Be able to work to deadlines
