The successful candidate will be expected to drive any vehicle from our extensive fleet, including 6 and 8 Wheeler rigid lorry- loader equipped flatbeds with and without drawbar trailers, Tractor Units pulling 45’ flatbed trailers, Fuel Tankers and 4x4‘s.
Our customer base is varied, including Utility companies, Events and Construction Organisations etc. Sites visited will occasionally be challenging and you will be expected to provide an excellent service to our valued customers.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Engineer to join our team within the Pedestrian Doors Solutions division.
Day to day duties include visiting customer sites carrying out planned and preventative maintenance and other service activities on our complete range and third party products. Individuals will be able to follow logical and systematic steps to diagnose existing and potential faults.
You will recommend improvements to our customers and provide quotations on prospective work such as preventative care i.e. replacement of wear and tear parts to avoid breakdowns between service visits, upgrade's to improve functionality and the benefits of a 24/7 service agreement with the Company. Ideally you will have experience within the service industry and will be able to meet weekly/monthly KPI's set.
Although full training is provided the ideal candidate will have the following:
You will have excellent organisation and communication skills to ensure the best service is delivered to our customers as well as the willingness to go the extra mile for our customers, which includes flexibility regarding working hours, call outs and weekend work.

We require a commercially focussed Assistant Engineering Manager with excellent leadership, managerial and communication skills required to lead and develop our customer driven regional office in Romford which covers the North London & Essex. Candidates must possess a relevant Engineering and/or Electrical/Mechanical qualification.
Previous experience of leading a team and customer relationship management within a service sector environment is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of lifts and previous repair/ modernisation management experience.
Main responsibilities will be the management of repairs/modernisation from enquiry through to completion including:
The candidate must be fully IT literate with experience of quoting and processing repairs through a full cycle to completion. A full driving licence is also essential.
Develop, guide, direct, motivate and manage the performance of all direct reports in line with the Performance Management System to assist in the realization of their potential and to enhance their knowledge-based skills.
